Return and Refund Policy

At PODVIBE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order, according to applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or wrong products:
If you receive a defective product or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, so we can assist you.
